Interest Rates Hit Historic Low Levels |

| Interest Rates on FHA and Conventional home loans hit new lows recently with some lenders quoting 4.25% for 30 year loans and 3.75% on 15 year. All indications from the Fed are that these rates should continue to be low for the next several months. |
