Our specialty is using these highly optimized plans to keep prices affordable while using the latest technology to allow us to customize the plans to your specific needs. Our goal is to make the process of building a new home as simple, easy and enjoyable as possible for the purchaser. One way we do this is by offering house and lot bundles. You can select a lot, select a house plan, customize the plan, select options then sit back and watch it go up. With our packages we bundle the building permits, sewer and water tap fees and any other site costs into the package so that you don’t have to pay them separately plus we provide the construction financing.
