• EXTERIOR WALL SYSTEM:  Hi-Performance 2 x 4 studs 16“ O.C.  The exterior wall system is designed to yeild R-value and performance that is equal to that of most 2 x 6 walls built by other builders.  They are also designed for very low air infiltration by featuring NU-WOOL blown-in blanket insulation, insulated sheathing and a house wrap.
• ROOF FRAMING:  Hi-Strength Truss Systems which allow us to accomodate interior wall modifications by eliminating load bearing interior walls.
• ROOF SHINGLES:   TAMCO architectural grade asphalt.
• SIDING:  CERTAINTEED “Mainstream“ vinyl siding.
• BRICK:  (Per Plan-Many plans feature partial or full brick facades) Allowance of $350.00 per Thousand.
• DRIVEWAY:  concrete.  4 in.thick-16 ft. wide.
• ELECTRICAL WIRING:  SQUARE D 200 amp electrical service panel with vinyl wrapped cable electrical wiring.  (All electrical wiring meets National Electrical Code)
• HVAC:  RHEEM 92% forced air heating and 13 SEER air conditioning systems.
• WATER HEATER:  RHEEM tankless system or conventional 40 gallon tank system.
• WINDOWS:  ANDERSEN “200 Series“ vinyl clad wood double hung windows-sizes per plan.

• INTERIOR DOORS AND TRIM:  Birch flush pre-stained doors and pre-stained colonial style white pine base and casing.  Six panel pre-finished “Legacy“ doors and prefinished “Legacy“ base and casing are a no cost option.  White painted six panel “Colonist“ doors and white painted colonial style base and casing are optional at extra cost.  Six panel pine or oak pre-stained interior doors are also available at extra cost.
